If you use this, there is a system in place where two orders will be created. Please refer to this page for the reason why two orders are created: this page.

The two orders created are: e-gift main order (e.g. Order #1250) and e-gift payment order (e.g. Order #1249).

Refund processing procedure

  1. Opening an order for "e-Gift Payment".

  1. Click the "Refund" button in the top right.

  1. Please fill in the following information and click on "Refund ¥xxx" at the bottom right.

  1. It is understood that a "Refund Completed" mark has been added to the payment status.
