- For those who purchased from "Enter an address (= normal purchase)," the Thank You page will display a notice about the e-Gift for those whose billing address and shipping address are different.
- Those who purchase with "Billing address ≠ shipping address" may not be fully aware of e-Gift yet.
- By increasing awareness of e-Gift, which can be purchased with simpler input items, repeat purchases can be encouraged.
How to set up a page with a list of valid e-Gift items
You can set it from the "e-Gift promotion settings" in the AnyGift management screen
Set "Promoting e-Gifting on the Thank You page" to "Enable" and click "Save"
About customer experience
On the purchase completion screen of those who made a normal purchase with "billing address not equal to shipping address", an image will be displayed indicating that e-gifts are also available.
