- You can turn off e-gift setting without uninstalling the app, and there will be no charge for using AnyGift if the buyer can't purchase e-gift.
- However, if you still want to uninstall the app, please be aware of the following points.
Attention
1. Make sure there is no one waiting for e-gift receipt
- Please be aware that when you uninstall the app while you have purchased e-gift and sent it to someone, but the receiver has not completed the receipt yet.
- In this case, even if the receiver completes the address input, the order's "Fulfillment Status" will not change to "Unshipped".
- Similarly, even if the e-gift's expiration date has passed, the "Fulfillment Status" will not change to "Unshipped".
2. Make sure there is no one just before buying e-gift
- Even if you uninstall AnyGift, there may be customers who can complete the purchase just in time due to browser cache remaining.
- In this case, the imported order data's "Fulfillment Status" will not be "Pending" but "Unshipped", and it will be sent to the buyer without recognizing that it is an e-gift purchase.
- Therefore, it is certain to first turn off the e-gift setting and wait for a while before uninstalling the app.
